I love helping clients achieve their best self. I strive to empower my clients to take back control of their pain, injury and life.
I love cooking and entertaining, downhill skiing, a perfectly made espresso, and a vodka martini. Most of all, I love spending time with my husband and 2 girls while being outdoors and being active.
When I am not at work, you will find me in my kitchen, at a coffee bar, on a ski hill, or sitting by the lake with friends and family trying to solve all the world’s problems. Sometimes it happens.
Look at injuries and pain a little differently. Parent of two. Husband of one.
Helping people break through. A fine wine. Watching my kids learn. Laughing with family and friends.
Trying out a new lens in a beautiful location. Coaching youth soccer and basketball. In my kitchen, cooking for too many people because that’s what we’re supposed to do.
Try to keep up with my spirited sons.
Sleeping in past 5am, a good wine, cooking, soccer, yoga, rock climbing, and traveling.
After 9:30pm? In bed. Other than that, enjoying life with family and friends and trying to stay active.
I’m a busy mom by night. By day I keep this well oiled machine running smoothly.
The outdoors, hunting, skiing and camping. Sitting by the fire with a nice stiff drink.
Enjoying the peace up north while chasing my kids.
I help families get their kids reaching their motor milestone and back to playing, all while having fun!
Anything with family and friends; skiing, swimming, dancing, camping! You name it, I’m in.
In my rooftop tent camping with my husband and puppy trying to find the best views.
Help people get back to their daily life and activities with a little less pain and more strength.
Helping people overcome challenges. Fishing, hunting, camping, travelling and anything involving the outdoors…oh and a nice bottle of wine.
Weekdays at work, weekends at camp doing all of the above in no particular order.
I am dedicated and passionate about helping patients recover and improve their quality of life.
I enjoy the hands-on aspect of Physiotherapy and getting to know different experiences/personalities of people.
Daytime at a lovely workplace and in the evening walking with or playing ball with my dog Pablo.
Help people get back to doing what they love and encourage people to push themselves.
Soccer, running, travelling, hiking, trying new sports and a good country song.
Running, working out, spending time with family and friends or at a coffee shop.
Help you achieve the route to recovery
Baking not so healthy foods, sharing laughs with family and friends, shopping for things I don’t need and enjoying a serious cup of coffee.
Lifting in the gym so I can eat all the things I bake with all the time I don’t have.
